How to walk properly

When walking, your head stays naturally high in order to look up with purpose as you maintain a straight line with your body.

From your elbows to your hips, your body should be in a straight line Maintain. Do not slouch — keep your shoulders back, chest open, and head up. Do not force exhale and inhale, but simply breathe deeply, making these sounds with your mouth, without pushing your breath out or inhaling through your nose. Remember: Breath through your nose, not out your mouth. To do this move, begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart and shoulders back. Bring hands behind your head (but not behind your hips, as in the previous section) and bend one knee, keeping the foot flat on the ground. Keep the other knee bent and bend to the right, then bend to the left. Inhale: Maintain a straight line with the body, keeping shoulders back and head up.

Exhale: Make the snotting sound, making a popping sound. Do not force exhale or inhale; just practice and breathe through your mouth, without pushing it out. Maintain. Release, then push off with the left leg. Hold onto the wall as you turn to the left, and as you turn to the right, slowly extend your right arm and back foot. Maintain a straight line for one minute. At the end of the minute, slowly switch directions and repeat with your left arm, extending it for one minute while maintaining a straight line. Another way to improve your gait is to jump rope.
